Mr. McFetridge supports the Mountain States division in its
efforts to acquire new shopping centers for its portfolio as well as
responsible for overseeing the day to day management of the centers.
Luke is a Colorado native who received a bachelor's and graduate degree in
Accounting from Colorado State University.
Prior to joining NewMark Merrill Companies, Mr. McFetridge was the General
Manager for The Human Bean Drive-Thru, a drive-thru coffee franchise. Mr.
McFetridge started with The Human Bean in 2004 and helped with the ground up
development of the Oregon based franchise in Colorado. Mr. McFetridge oversaw
the financial, operations, marketing, human resource, and information
technology divisions of the company and assisted with growing the startup company
to over 35 employees and 6 locations in just over 3 years.
Mr. McFetridge currently serves on the board of the Rocky Mountain Shopping
Center Association, ICSC Alliance, the Co-Chair of the ICSC Rocky Mountain Idea
Exchange and the President of the South Fort Collins Business Association. He
also presented the NewMark Merrill deconstruct program to educate the City of Fort
Collins Climatewise program and helped NewMark Merrill reach Platinum
certification through his efforts.
Luke has also achieved a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation
through the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Colorado
broker's license.
