Under the leadership of longtime northern Colorado resident and retail expert, Allen Ginsborg, NewMark Merrill Mountain States is purchasing, developing, repositioning and managing shopping centers throughout the Rocky Mountain region with a primary focus on Colorado.

Serving as Managing Director and Principal, Ginsborg leads the day-to-day operations of the Mountain States division. Allen currently oversees the redevelopment of shopping centers acquired in Colorado. These projects represent an initial investment exceeding $20 million. They also mark the first of an estimated ten new Colorado shopping center projects NewMark Merrill Mountain States expects to acquire over the next few years.
