Under the leadership of longtime northern Colorado resident and retail expert, Allen Ginsborg, NewMark Merrill Mountain States is purchasing, developing, repositioning and managing shopping centers throughout the Rocky Mountain region with a primary focus on Colorado.
Serving as Managing Director and Principal, Ginsborg leads the day-to-day operations of the Mountain States' ten member team. Regional Property Manager Luke McFetridge oversees the operation of the management portfolio of almost 2 million square foot in Colorado.
