NewMark Merrill Companies Announces Burlington Grand Opening at Stratford Crossing in Bloomingdale, Illinois

Calabasas, CA. (March 6, 2023) – NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc., a Calabasas, California-based retail shopping center owner and development company, announced that Burlington has opened a 27,726-square-foot store at Stratford Crossing shopping center, a 361,074-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located at 142 South Gary Avenue at the northwest corner of Gary Avenue and Schick Road in Bloomingdale, Illinois. The move represents a relocation from the nearby Stratford Square shopping center.

Burlington is the latest retailer to come to Stratford Crossing with Milan Laser opening at the end of 2022, Salon 115 Salon & Spa expanding earlier this year, Visionworks opening in February 2023 and Studio by Sally scheduled to open this summer. Additionally, T.J. Maxx/HomeGoods and HOTWORX both opened new stores at Stratford Crossing in 2021.
