The new loan has been provided by Ladder Capital Finance LLC, facilitated by Ryan Jantzen and arranged by Bryan Gortikov of Gortikov Capital.
Janss Marketplace also welcomes two great tenants to the mix in 2017. ULTA Beauty will open in late 2017, signing a 10 year lease for over 10,900 sf.
