(WOODLAND HILLS, CA) NewMark Merrill Companies has acquired the Food Source and Shops section of the Valley Mack Plaza located at 6366 Mack Road in Sacramento, CA. The Food Source and Shops building features approximately 64,171 SF building situated on 4.64 acres of land just west of Highway 99 in South Sacramento. NewMark Merrill Companies purchased the Food Source and Shops from the Sands Investment Group.
In addition to the Food Source and Shops section, Valley Mack Plaza benefits from a lineup of strong anchor tenants including dd’s discounts, Fallas Paredes and Rainbow Fashions. Valley Mack Plaza also includes several big name chains such as Auto Zone, Starbucks and McDonald’s, which increases the Plaza’s attractiveness to consumers.
