(March 27, 2024) – NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc., a Calabasas, California-based retail shopping center owner and development company, announced that it has been awarded property management of The Nut Tree and Nut Tree Plaza, an iconic 372,225-square-foot retail and entertainment destination located at East Monte Vista Avenue and Nut Tree Road in Vacaville, California, just south of the 505 and 80 Interstate Freeways. NewMark Merrill now owns and/or manages over 100 shopping centers nationwide.

Over the decades, it has transformed from a simple pit stop into a vibrant hub of activity, blending retail, dining, and entertainment, all while serving as a beacon of community spirit between San Francisco and Sacramento. Its strategic location offers unparalleled visibility and access from Interstate 80, further enhanced by a new state-of-the-art LED monument sign providing maximum exposure.
