Greg Giacopuzzi has been named Vice President of Leasing and Development for Newmark Merrill Companies, Inc. and will be based out of the firm’s headquarters in Woodland Hills, CA. His new role includes pursuing business development and acquisitions opportunities with a focus on ground-up development and redevelopment of shopping centers.
Giacopuzzi has been with Newmark Merrill for 10 years and was responsible for the leasing for over 30 shopping centers and has negotiated new leases with over 100 national companies including Ross, In-N-Out and Sprouts. He received his Bachelor of Arts at Point Loma Nazarene University and is an active member of ICSC and ACRE.
