World Premier Investments has purchased the Fullerton Town Center, a grocery-anchored, 220,000-square-foot retail center on Harbor Boulevard in Fullerton, CA. NewMark Merrill, who advised the transaction, will be retained as property manager. Terms were not disclosed.

Fullerton Town Center has a 98% national tenant base, including familiar anchor tenants Amazon Fresh, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, WSS and an AMC Theatre DINE-IN location. Additional regional tenants include Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, Habit Burger and Jersey Mike’s Subs.
