If forum is the foundation of YPO, our 2025 Terry Plochman Award Winner Sandy Sigal (YPO Angeleno Gold) is a valued architect, creating structures that support stronger connections and streamlined experiences.
Sandy’s leadership has transformed the YPO experience for countless members. By uniting the Network and Forum Committees, he helped create a seamless, enriched journey for all. Under his guidance, the forum placement process was revolutionized, cutting wait times by an incredible 67%. Additionally, Sandy launched the network-wide Forum Health Survey, providing critical benchmarks and achieving an impressive FY23-24 average score of 4.37/5.
He also introduced the Milestone Journey, a game-changing program that supports members on extended waitlists, ensuring their forum experience starts with purpose and impact. And because of his impactful leadership and dedication to YPO’s diversity and inclusion goals, 249 new women members joining Network Forums from July 2023-June 2024.

Sandy joined YPO in 2006 and has served in leadership roles across his chapter, region and networks. Most recently, he helped elevate the inaugural Global Business Summit, showcasing his vision and thought leadership on a global stage.
