Reporting to the Regional Property Manager and supporting the Property Management team, the Assistant Property Manager, will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of shopping centers. This position provides an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be part of a growing company and continue to expand their knowledge of retail real estate management.
Property Manager - Anaheim
At NewMark Merrill Companies our Property Managers have the role of being the head of operations for the centers they oversee. This includes oversight of the physical parts of the center, but just as importantly, you are responsible for getting to know the tenants, identifying what makes the successful tenants successful, and what we can do to assist the less successful. Marketing Director
The Director of Marketing oversees a portfolio of properties, leading, planning and executing innovative strategic marketing programs that drive foot traffic and improve top-of-mind awareness for the center. The focus is on maximizing tenant sales performance by understanding customer motivation and driving community engagement. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
VP of Acquisitions & Development - Longmont, CO
As the VP of Acquisitions & Development for the Mountain States Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day oversight of our retail development activity in the primary market areas of Colorado. NewMark Merrill opportunistically seeks large and small-scale ground-up developments, single tenant pad developments, and existing retail center acquisitions that are logical for redevelopment and repositioning. You will ensure that these opportunities are integrated into the portfolio's operations and that projects will meet the company's plans, goals and objectives.
