At NewMark Merrill Companies our Property Managers have the role of being the head of operations for the centers they oversee. This includes oversight of the physical parts of the center, but just as importantly, you are responsible for getting to know the tenants, identifying what makes the successful tenants successful, and what we can do to assist the less successful. We’re looking for a positive, solutions-focused individual to handle the day-to-day management of our IT needs across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will provide end-users prompt and effective support and manage hardware and software resources.

Marketing Director

The Director of Marketing oversees a portfolio of properties, leading, planning and executing innovative strategic marketing programs that drive foot traffic and improve top-of-mind awareness for the center. The focus is on maximizing tenant sales performance by understanding customer motivation and driving community engagement. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
